Libby Doodle Doo loves to put her head way back so that I can caress this skin with my fingertips. How delicious.

Last night I was convinced that Libby Doodle Doo would sleep through the night (yes, I know – overly optimistic). I was so sure that I decided to have Little Zo Peep sleep in her bed for the first time since Thursday night.
A few minutes after tucking her in and coming back downstairs, I heard a loud cry coming from the baby monitor. By the time I hit the 1st floor landing the cries were stereophonic. A

“What happened?” I asked Zo Peep once she was calm again.
“I started crying because I missed you and wanted you to sleep with me.”
Zo Peep’s cries woke up Libby Doodle Doo who joined in as a sign of sisterly support.
Poor Zo Peep, she needs some special mommy time. I need to carve out some of my waking hours this week to reconnect with my 5 year old.

Libby Doodle Doo is a regularly Houdini when it comes to her socks. A sock has not been built that can contain the active toes of Miss Libby.
If I counted up all the time that I’m putting Libby Doodle Doo’s sock back on her I wouldn’t be surprised if I spend an hour a day doing this little chore. I need to come up with a way to keep her tootsies covered -- Robeez, anyone?

Zo Peep has grown up so much in the last few days. She had prepared her own

Of course, she still draws the line at participating in cleaning up spit up or changing poopy diapers.
