A Sweet Saturday

It's Saturday morning. Little Zo Peep woke up earlier than I did today (very unusual) and came in to wake me up.

Since then she has brushed her teeth and finished her breakfast. Right now she has Saturday morning cartoons on TV. She also has taken 4 chairs, 3 blankets, and about 6 pillows and has created a tremendous blanket fort in the middle of our TV room. She is inside the fort laying on her belly and watching the cartoons.

As I typed the above she went upstairs to get some more food -- she's going through a growth spurt and has the insatiable appetite of a garbage disposal. She's now on the fort's veranda eating her dry breakfast cereal next to her friend "Coffee" the bear.

It's these little moments that are the part of being a parent that I enjoy the most. I hope you all have an equally Sweet Saturday.
